Ecuador Vinka holds a special place in our story. When I first tasted their Natural Anaerobic Sidra from Prodical Roasters, it instantly became my favourite coffee of all time. I reached out to Maria and Carlos — the producers behind it — and simply said, please, can I have some?

That message began an ongoing friendship. We now talk regularly and have committed to buying their crop every year. Their coffees are premium, expressive, and constantly evolving — the result of meticulous farming and bold experimentation.

Every lot from Vinka is air-flown to protect quality from heat and humidity, then frozen immediately to lock in freshness. This lets you explore both 2024 and 2025 harvests side by side, tasting how each season and process reveals new layers of flavour.

This collection features one varietal, reimagined through multiple processing methods — from anaerobic and honey styles to lactic and washed experiments. It’s a rare opportunity to experience the same coffee expressed in entirely different ways, showcasing the creativity and precision that make Vinka one of Ecuador’s most exciting farms.
